Gift Cards with the Lowest Resale Value
As of September 16, 2007, the following three national brands, Tablots, Sharper Image, and Express Fashion, have the lowest resale value. Talbots low resale value is probably due to its generous guarantee policy, which allows people to return merchandise without a time limit. Store credit is offered if store receipt is not provided and people in turn resale these “merchandise” credit.
